Seva Infinity is an editorially independent NGO news platform. This page explains how we make publishing decisions and how we protect the integrity of our content.
Independence
No NGO, sponsor, or advertiser can pay to publish, remove, or influence any story on this platform. Premium partnership status does not affect editorial decisions. Our editors operate independently of all commercial relationships.
What We Publish
We publish two types of content — stories submitted by partner NGOs, and stories independently reported by our journalists. All content is clearly labeled so readers always know the source.
Review Process
Every NGO-submitted story goes through editorial review before publishing. Nothing auto-publishes. Our editors check for factual accuracy, source citations, promotional language, and compliance with our content standards.
Corrections
If a published story contains a factual error, email us at teamronghemedia@gmail.com with the correct information and its source. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days. Corrections are published on the original article — never hidden.
Takedowns
Takedown requests are only granted for substantiated factual errors. Stories cannot be removed because of editorial disagreement or changes in organisational priorities.
